A Review on a Heartwarming Story

It’s been a while since I’ve been able to post. Life has a way of catching up to you, and God has plans that often differ from the plans we have for ourselves! I promise to be back with regularly scheduled content…

In the mean-time, I wanted to share a review of such a sweet, heartwarming story that I was blessed to be able to read BEFORE release!

As a Christian mom, it’s often difficult to find content that is Godly in words and deeds (if you pick up what I’m putting down). God has worked in all areas of my life, and I’ve vowed to read things that don’t promote sin. I’m so glad to say that is exactly WHY I love Mindy Steele’s books (other than the fact that she is a local!)

Here’s my review of her newest novel, “Ladybug Landing.”

Once again, Mindy has painted a heartwarming story that leaves you yearning for more!

Throughout history, ladybugs have symbolized good luck, love, protection, healing, and grace; all things that Mindy’s main character, Nelly, encounters in this relatable story!

Mindy uses relatable and pure characters that make the reader connect with and invest in her characters. “Ladybug Landing” touches all of the emotions, making you feel sympathy, compassion, and love for Nelly. Nelly’s story, as it intertwines with Matthew and Levi, often leaves you wondering what will happen next. I assure you, there will be moments when your breath catches, your heart lurches out, and then leaps for joy as you accompany Nelly on her journey to find love. Will she find what she is looking for?

“Ladybug Landing” is a splendid addition to the Millers Creek Series that leaves her beloved readers craving more! Job well done, Mindy! I finished with tears in my eyes!
